Ekspertet e shendetesise jane te gjithe te ngazellyer per menyren se si proteina e sojes mund te ndryshoje menyren e te ushqyerit.<br />
Disa nga arsyet per te marre proteinen e sojes:<br />
-Soja permban proteina te plota qe kane nje nga proteina me te mira te tretjes midis te gjitha burimeve te proteinave. Soja ka permbajtje me dhe pa yndyre dhe pnuk karaktikisht kolesterol, psh ju do te jeni te kenaqur po te dini se fasulja e sojes nuk permban laktose.<span id="more-1576"></span></p>
<p>Duke qene se ndermjet proteinave bimore, soja eshte e lire nga steroidet dhe antibiotiket qe permbajne proteinat e kafsheve.  Ata gjithashtu nuk permbajne asnje prej semundjeve nga burime te thote te tilla si &#8220;Semundja e Lopes se Cmendur&#8221;.</p>
<p>Vegjetarianet e pelqejne kete bathe dhe kjo u ofron nje burim te krahasuesesh te proteinave me ate te kafsheve. Ajo siguron nje proteine qe eshte me e mire dhe me e lehtesisht e tretshme dhe eshte e krahasueshme me shtojcat e proteinave.</p>
<p>-Soja eshte shume e perdorshme<br />
Kuzhiniere te ndryshem, veçanerisht ato te Azise e njohin vleren e fasules se sojes. Nje shumellojshmeri e ushqimeve te natyrshme te shijshme jane te gjitha ne baze soje: tofu, buding soje, qumesht soje, dhe zevendesit e mishit &#8211; per te mos permendur perzierje te tilla si salce soje.</p>
<p>Per t&#8217;iu kundervene problemit te urise ne bote, eshte rekomanduar rritja e bimes se sojes. Jo vetem jane te lehta per tu rritur por prodhon shume ne pak kohe. Keto bime kane prodhueshmeri te larte dhe rriten edhe ne terrene te veshtira.</p>
<p>-Zevendesues shume i mire i burimeve te Proteinave<br />
Soja ka permbajtje te ulet yndyre dhe mund te perdoret per te zevendesuar burimet e proteinave. Kur gatuani, ju mund te perdorni zevendesuese soje ne vend te miellit per nje alternative te ulet yndyre. Kjo e ben ate nje burim i madh proteinave per ata qe duan te humbin peshe, pa lene menjane kerkesat e tyre per proteina.</p>
<p>Personat qe merren me Bodybuilding duhet te marrin parasysh qe ushqimi me kete bime mund ta beje me te lehte punen e tyre per formimin e trupit.</p>
<p>-Produktet e Sojes jane gjithashtu nje burim i per ushqyes te tjera te tilla si Saponins, Isoflavones dhe Phytosterol. Saponins te ofron nje sistem te shendoshe imun. Ajo kombinohet edhe me kolesterolin per te shmangur rritjen e kolesterolit ne trup. Phytosterols te ndihmon ne uljen e kolesterolit ne trup ne te njejten  sic e ben Saponins.</p>
<p>Isoflavones jane antioksidante te fuqishem te cilet ndihmojne per te parandaluar efektet e radikaleve te lira ne trup. Ato sherbejne per te parandaluar shenjat e plakjes dhe ndihmojne ne parandalimin e kancerit. Kjo e ben proteinen e soje nje burim mrekullie.</p>
<p>Isoflavones, se bashku me vitamina A, C dhe E jane nder faktoret e pare ne luften kunder semundjeve &#8211; ato gjithashtu kunderveprojne ndaj faktoreve si ndotja dhe stresi.</p>
<p>-Masa e lejuar<br />
Ndryshe nga burimet e proteinave te tjera, eshte e sigurt konsumimi ne sasi te gjere te produkteve te sojes. Alergji per produktet e sojes ekziston por raste jane te pakta. Kur ndryshoni per ndjekjen e nje diete soje eshte mire te konsultoheni me mjekun, e pyeteni nese soja ndervepron me ndonje nga ilacet qe ju perdorni.</p>
<p>Soje eshte nje ndihme e madhe per njerezit qe jane ne kerkim te nje burimi proteinash, te cilat nuk shkaktojne efekte anesore. Soja eshte e keshillueshme per tu ushquer dhe per te permiresuar dieten tuaj.</p>

Konsumi i 70 grame brokoli ne dite na ndihmon te ulim pranine e bakterit Helicobacter pylori, qe shkakton probleme ne stomak, zhvillon uleceren dhe madje edhe kancerin.</p>
<p>Studimi eshte kryer ne 50 persona ne Japoni. Te mirat e brokolit gjenden ne perberesin sulforafhane, qe shihet si antibiotik natyral dhe ne vend qe ta eliminoje e kontrollon bakterin Helicobacter. Per dy muaj 25 persona kane konsumuar sasine e brokolit, ndersa 25 te tjere nje tjeter ilac qe nuk permbante sulforaphane.</p>
<p>Shkencetaret treguan ne ne grupin e pare niveli i Helicobatcter HpSA, u redukua ne me shume se 40 perqind. Pas heqjes se sasise se brokolit niveli i bakterit u rrit serish.</p>
<p>Sipas studiuesve, konsumi i rregullt i brokolit ka efekt mbrojtes per stomakun, por kjo nuk do te thote se ai eshte ne gjendje te kuroje semundje gastrointestinale, apo te mbroje nga kanceri ne stomak.</p>

<p>Me poshte jane nje numer ushqimesh qe ju mbajne ne forme dhe qe quhen ushqimet e bukurise:<br />
<strong>Arrat</strong><br />
Jane ushqim i mire kunder plakjes. Kane perqindje te larte te vitamines E dhe ndihmojne qe lekura te jete e bute. Por mbani parasysh se duhet te hani pak pasi kane kalori….</p>
<p><strong>Proteinat</strong><br />
Per te pasur thonj te forte dhe kocken e forte duhen proteinat. Proteinat i gjeni tek mishi i pules, te fasulet, te peshku tuna.<br />
<strong>Vitamina B</strong><br />
Ushqimet e pasura me vitamine B i bejne floket tuaj te ndritshem. Te pasura me keto vitamina jane vezet, qumeshti, perimet jeshile, qepa dhe kastraveci.<br />
<strong>Peshku</strong><br />
Te hash peshk si salmoni do te thote qe ju keni marre Omega 3, qe ndihmon ne hidratimin dhe ushqimin e lekures.<br />
<strong>Zinku dhe kalciumi</strong><br />
Zinku gjendet te mishi i pules, veza, ushqimet e detit. Edhe kalciumi ndihmon ne pastrimin e lekures. Ai ndodhet te kosi, djathi me pak kalori dhe te qumeshti. Keto ushqime jo vetem qe zbardhin fytyren, por reduktojne edhe rrudhat.<br />
<strong>Vitamina C</strong><br />
Kjo vitamine ndihmon ne reduktimin e rrudhave. Kivi si frute eshte me i miri per vitaminen C. Te tjerat jane portokalli, mangot, limoni, etj.<br />
<strong>Vitamina E</strong><br />
Ështe e njohur si nje nga vitaminat qe shmang djegien e lekures nga dielli. Nese hani shume pjeshka do te keni vitaminen E ne trupin tuaj.<br />
<strong>Vitamina C dhe hekuri</strong><br />
Keto dy vitamina se bashku ndihmojne qe te largohet rrethi i zi te syte.<br />
<strong>Uji</strong><br />
Pini sa te mundni uje. Uji ndihmon ne largimin e toksinave nga trupi dhe ndihmon ne freskine e lekures.<br />
<strong>Domatja</strong><br />
Domatet permbajne antioksidante, beta-karotin dhe vitamine C. Hajeni domaten sa me shume dhe ju do t’i merrni keta antioksidante. E mira eshte qe domatja te shoqerohet me pak vaj ulliri.<br />

<p>Kjo eshte karrote e prere per se gjeri; i perngjan bebzes se syrit; dhe me te vertete, studimet kane vertetuar se karrota eshte shume e dobishme per shikimin.</p>

<p>Kjo eshte nje shtrese domate e kuqe, e cila ka kater zgavra, sikurse zemra e cila ka ngjyre te kuqe si dhe kater zgavra. Te gjitha studimet bashkekohore vertetojne se domatet jane ushqim i zemres dhe gjakut.</p>

<p>Tufa e rrushit i perngjan formes se jashtme te zemres, dhe çdo kokerr rrushi i perngjan nje qelize te gjakut. Tashme studimet tregojne se rrushi eshte i shendetshem per zemren, e po ashtu edhe per gjakun.</p>

<p>Selino i perngjan formes se eshtrave, madje eshte e dobishme per to. Sasia e sodiumit ne selino eshte 23 %; e njejta perqindje gjendet ne eshtra.</p>

<p>Avokado, patelxhani dhe dardha jane te domosdoshme per shendetin e mitres se gruas. Studimet tregojne se nese gruaja ha nje kokerr avokado per çdo jave, nje gje e tille ndihmon ne barazpeshen e hormoneve te mitres si dhe pakeson gjasat e semundjes se kancerit te qafes se mitres. Ështe me rendesi te permendim faktin se avokado ka nevoje per 9 muaj qe te piqet plotesisht.</p>

<p>Fiku.. Ështe peme e mbushur plote e perplote me fara, dhe se perdorimi i tij eshte i dobishem per burrat, pasi rrit numrin e spermatozoideve si dhe pakeson gjasat e sterilitetit.</p>
