Nje numer studimesh kane hedhur dyshim mbi efektshmerine e dozave te larta te vitaminave per te parandaluar rrezikun e kancerit.</p>
<p>Vitaminat C dhe E jane dy prej me te perdoreshmet. Ato gjenden ne fruta e perime dhe mendohet se mbrojne qelizat dhe organet e trupit te njeriut. Por nje studim i ri thote se keto vitamina jane te paefektshme ne prandalimin e semundjeve kardio-vaskulare. Gjate studimit, 14 mije burrave iu dhane doza te larta vitaminash C dhe E. Te gjithe ata ishin mjeke nga mosha mbi 50 vjeç e siper dhe ne rrezik te ulet per t’u prekur nga semundje te zemres. Studimi zgjati 10 vjet dhe ne perfundim u vu re se vitaminat C dhe E nuk luajten ndonje rol ne parandalimin e semundjeve kardio-vaskulare. Shkencetaret mendojne se per parandalimin e semundjeve te tilla vlejne keshillat e tradicionale; dieta ushqimore, mospirje te duhanit dhe ushtrime fizike.</p>
<p>Grupi i vitaminave B shikohet si thelbesor per nje diete te shendeteshme. Vitamina B-6 ndihmon ne mbrojtjen e imunitetit te organizmit. B-12 eshte e mire per trurin dhe sistemin nervor. Por studimi i ri mori ne shqyrtim te pakten 5 mije gra te moshes mbi 40 vjeç. Rezultatet treguan se vitaminat B nuk luajten ndonje rol per pakesimin e rrezikut te kancerit, vecanerisht kancerit ne gji dhe ne zorren e trashe.</p>
<p>Gjithashtu studimet e koheve te fundit kane treguar se shume njerez me nivel te ulet te vitamines D jane ne rrezik per t’u prekur nga nje numer semundjesh duke filluar nga diabeti, problemet ne zemer dhe disa lloj kanceresh. Megjithate, nje studim ku moren pjese 36 mije gra, tregoi se vitamina D nuk luajti rol ne parandalimin e kancerit te gjirit apo te zorres se trashe. Disa shkencetare thone se pjesmarresve ne kete studim duhej ti’u ishte dhene nje doze me e larte vitamine D per te pare efektet e saj. Por shkencetare te tjere paralajmerojne se disa paciente mund te shkurtojne jeten e tyre nese disa lloj vitaminash i marrin ne doza me te larta sesa rekomandohen.<strong>Postime te Ngjashme:</strong>

<p>Zbulimi, i publikuar ne revisten “Nature Biotechnology”, forcon idene qe mund te behen te tilla modifikime ne mbrojtje te shendetit te njeriut.</p>
<p>“Minjte qe ishin te prekur nga tumori e te trajtuar me modifikimin e ri, jetuan me gjate se ata qe iu nenshtruan nje diete standarde, me ose edhe pa domate te zakonshme”- thane Cathie Martin dhe koleget e saj te “John Innes Centre”, institut i financuar nga qeveria britanike. “Efekti ishte shume me i madh se ai qe prisnim”- ka thene Martin, biolog.<span id="more-170"></span></p>
<p>Minjte, qe ishin te prekur nga tumori dhe qe u trajtuan me ‘domaten antitumor’ jetuan mesatarish 182 dite, nderkohe qe te tjeret qe ndoqen nje diete normale, 142 dite.</p>
<p>Studimi u fokusua ne ‘antocianinen’, nje tip antioksidanti qe pakeson risqet e tumorit, semundjeve kardiake dhe disa patologjive neurologjike.<strong>Postime te Ngjashme:</strong>

<p>Studimi tregon se vitamina D mund te ndihmoje ne luftimin e semundjes se kancerit. Studiuesit ne Universitetin e Torontos studiuan lidhjen midis vitamines D ne gjak dhe shkaless se kancerit ne gji ne 512 gra.</p>
<p>Per here te pare u pa se ato gra qe kishin nivel te ulet te vitamines D kishin pershkallezim te madh te kancerit ne gji.</p>

<p>Perveç faktit se vitamina D ka impakt ne kancerin e gjirit, shkencetaret nuk kane vertetuar ende se duke marre vitamine D mund te parandalohet semundja. Ata nuk kane dhene ndonje rekomandim qe grate e shendosha te marrin me shume vitamine D.</p>
<p>Julie Gralpoe, specialiste onkologjike dhe profesore thote se nuk i rekomandon grate te cilat nuk kane kancer te marrin vitamine D. Por ajo thote se te gjitha grate duhet te shikojne nivelin e vitamines D dhe te marrin masa nese kane mungese te saj.</p>
<p>Testi per vitaminen D eshte shume i thjeshte dhe mund te matet nepermjet gjakut .</p>
