<p>Pergatitja:</p>
<p>Me nje pjese te vajit skuqen qepet, hudhrat dhe pastaj shuhen me vere te bardhe. Pas pak shtohet salca e shkrire ne pak uje te nxehte, shtohet kripa e piperi dhe lihen te ziejne. Pastaj hidhen midhjet dhe lihen derisa te perfundoje zierja.<br />
Nderkohe nxehet vaji qe mbeti, shtohet orizi duke e trazuar me luge druri sa te marre nje skuqje te lehte. Pastaj hidhet lengu ku zien midhjet si dhe pak uje ( te dy lengjet duhet te jene 6 filxhane caji, 2-fishi i orizit), shtohet kripa e piper i duhur ne se ka nevoje lengu dhe lihet qe te zieje perfundimisht orizi.<br />
Kur gjella eshte gati sherbehet sipas racioneve dhe siper orizit vihen midhjet.</p>

-1/4 deri 1/2 gote parmiggiano te grire<br />
-kripe dhe piper te zi te grire<br />
-1/2 gote Romano te grire<br />
-2 luge gjalp</p>
<p>Pergatitja:<br />
Hidhni uje te valuar ne nje tas te vogel, dhe fusni kerpudhat te zbuten. Per kete nevojiten 20-30 min zierje. Kerpudhat duhet te jene te buta dhe te fryra.</p>
<p>Vini lengun e pules ne zjarr te ulet ne nje tigan te madh, ose tenxhere supe</p>
<p>Ne nje tigan tjeter, ngrohni veren ne zjarr te mesem dhe shtoni hudher pas 1 minute. Hidhni mbi te karkalecat dhe lini ne zjarr te ulet deri sa te marrin ngjyre roze, dhe/ose skallopet te fillojne te shndrisin. Hiqini nga zjarri, dhe lerini te rrine ne vere. (Me fjale te tjera, pergatitini frutat e detit pergjysem, perderisa do te vazhdojne te gatuhen ne vere dhe kur te shtohen ne risotto).</p>
<p>Pasi te jene gati kerpudhat, i marrim, dhe ia shtrydhim lengun ne tas. Do kene marre tashme ngjyre te kuqe/kafe te erret dhe nje arome te theksuar. Hidhni lengun e kerpudhave dhe vete kerpudhat ne lengun e mishit te pules (ne zjarr te ulet, akoma)</p>
<p>Skuqni ne zjarr te mesem vajin e ullirit, ne nje tigan te madh. Hidhni qepet dhe me pas orizin. Perzjeni orizin me qepet, ne menyre qe te perfshihen nga vaji i ullirit. Kjo ndihmon orizin te thithe lengjet e gatimit ngadale. Gjithashtu ndihmon ne dhenien e asaj ngjyre te vecante orizit, nga e cila dallohet edhe profesionaliteti.</p>
<p>Shtoni 2-3 garuzhde nga lengu i mishit, perzjeni pak, sigurohuni qe risotto te jete komplet i mbuluar nga lengjet dhe lini temperaturen e zjarrit ne te ulet. Lerini ne kete gjendje per pak, deri sa lengu te thithet, dhe niveli i tij, te jete pak nen nivelin e orizit. Shtoni me shume leng mishi. Nuk eshte nevoja ta perzjeni kete here, por sigurohuni qe orizi te jete i mbuluar nga lengu. Perserisni kete gje edhe per rreth 15 min.</p>
<p>Pothuajse kemi mbaruar, hidhni frutat e detit, me gjithe lengun ne tiganin e madh. Prisni sa niveli i lengut te orizit te pergjysmohet. Eshte koha per te provuar per butesine e orizit. Nese eshte i pershtatshem per shijen tuaj, shtoni djathe dhe gjalp, perzjejini mire dhe lereni ne zjarr deri sa lengu te jete pothuaj shteruar.</p>
<p>Hiqni nga zjarri. Ju lutem, lereni perzierjen edhe per 5-7 minuta, qe shija dhe aroma te shkrihen me teper me njera-tjetren.</p>
<p>Servireni ne pjate dhe hidhini siper Parmiggiano-n e grire dhe majdanoz.</p>

<p>Dajthit  ne kubike i hidhet kos i trashe  dhe erza kuzhine  tipas deshires  cfare do lloj ereze qe ju pelqen; spec i kuq, rigon, piper etj. Djathi lihet ashtu rreth nje ore.<br />
Para se djathi te futet ne shkopin e kuzines  skuqet pak ne tigan.  Por me pare kubiket e djathit luhen me galete (galeta behet me veze te rrahur perzier me buke te thare te thermuar). Por djathin dhe mund ta piqni pa e kaluar ne galete.<br />
Sperkaten perimet me kripe dhe pastaj sipas rradhes futen ne shkop; djathe, qepe, djathe, spes, djathe domate etj.<br />
Skuqini perseri  ato ne nje tigan me fund te trashe ose piqini ne grile.<br />
Mund dhe te mos i vendosni ne shkopin e kuzhines por thjesht te gatuani djathin me perimet ne nje tigan.<br />

<p>6 veze, 200 gr mish vici i grire, 40 gr buke e thekur e grire, 30 gr miell, vaj ulliri, kripe, piper.</p>
<p>Pergatitja:</p>
<p>Zihen 4 veze ne nje ene plot me uje. Koha e zierjes duhet te jete ekzaktesisht 8 minuta nga momenti qe fillojne zierjen. Pas kesaj, ftohen ne uje te ftohte te rrjedhshem, u hiqet levozhga, u hidhet pak kripe dhe piper.</p>
<p>Merret me dore pak mish i grire dhe mbulohen vezet e ziera.</p>
<p>Ne nje tas rrihen vezet e mbetura. Mielli dhe buka e thekur e grire vendosen ne dy pjata te ndryshme.</p>
<p>Vezet e mbuluara me mishin e grire lyhen me miell, lyhen me vezet e rrahura, dhe pastaj lyhen me buken e thekur te grire.</p>
<p>Pastaj skuqen per 10 minuta ne vajin e ullirit te nxehur shume, rrotullohen shpesh, kullohen ne karten e kuzhines, u hidhet kripe dhe sherbehen te ngrohta.</p>
<p>6 veze, 200 gr mish vici i grire, 40 gr buke e thekur e grire, 30 gr miell, vaj ulliri, kripe, piper.</p>

<p>Zihen 4 veze ne nje ene plot me uje. Koha e zierjes duhet te jete ekzaktesisht 8 minuta nga momenti qe fillojne zierjen. Pas kesaj, ftohen ne uje te ftohte te rrjedhshem, u hiqet levozhga, u hidhet pak kripe dhe piper.</p>
<p>Merret me dore pak mish i grire dhe mbulohen vezet e ziera.</p>
<p>Ne nje tas rrihen vezet e mbetura. Mielli dhe buka e thekur e grire vendosen ne dy pjata te ndryshme.</p>
<p>Vezet e mbuluara me mishin e grire lyhen me miell, lyhen me vezet e rrahura, dhe pastaj lyhen me buken e thekur te grire.</p>
<p>Pastaj skuqen per 10 minuta ne vajin e ullirit te nxehur shume, rrotullohen shpesh, kullohen ne karten e kuzhines, u hidhet kripe dhe sherbehen te ngrohta.</p>

<p>Zgjidhen veze te forta, qerohen, ndahen pergjysme duke i hequr te verdhen. Gjysmat e vezeve (te bardhat) mbushen me sallate ruse te gatshme dhe siper zbukurohen me te verdhat e vezeve te thermuara, me majdanoz te grire holle dhe me copeza gogozhare.</p>
<p><strong>Per 1 person:</strong></p>
<p>sallate ruse 1 luge gjelle, majdanoz 1 fije, pak gogozhare.</p>
<p><strong>-Omelete me djathe</strong></p>
<p>Rrihen vezet, i shtohet djathe i therrmuar i bardhe ose kaçkavall i grire ne rende, kripe dhe qumesht. Skuqet ne yndyre te nxehte dhe mblidhet ne forme roleje.</p>
<p><strong>Per 1 person:</strong></p>
<p>veze 1 ose 2 kokrra, yndyre 2 luge gjelle, djathe i grire 1 luge gjelle, qumesht 2 luge gjelle, pak kripe.</p>
<p><strong>-Veze me qepe e domate</strong></p>
<p>Qepet e grira holle kaurdisen sa te zverdhen e te zbuten. Hidhen domatet e qeruara nga cipa dhe vazhdohet kaurdisja, shtohet kripe, piper, majdanoz dhe vezet siper. Skuqen sa te mpikset e bardha e vezes.</p>
<p><strong>Per 1 person:</strong></p>
<p>veze 1 ose 2 kokrra, qepe 1 kokerr mesatare, vaj 2 luge gjelle, domate 1 kokerr mesatare, kripe, piper, majdanoz.</p>
<p><strong>-Veze syze me qepe te njoma</strong></p>
<p>Qepet e njoma te pastruara e te lara mire priten 3-4 cm, skuqen ne zjarr te ngadalte te mbuluar me kapak sa te zbuten, Hidhet kripe, koper dhe se fundi vezet.</p>
<p><strong>Per 1 person:</strong></p>
<p>veze 1 ose 2 kokrra, qepe 2 cope mesatare, vaj 2 luge gjelle, kripe, koper.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color: darkorange;"><span style="font-size: small;">-Spinaq me veze</span></span></strong></p>
<p><span style="color: blue;">Nevojitet; 1 kg spinaq i fresket,1 qepe, 5 veze, yndyre (per fergim),<br />
kripe, melmese (kripe e shtojce perimesh).</span></p>
<p>Pastrohet spinaqi dhe grihet ne 2-3 pjese (fleta e spinaqit). Pasi te<br />
kemi vene yndyren te zjarr, hudhet qepa e grire imet dhe zbutet mire, pastaj hidhet spinaqi me kripe dhe te gjitha melmesat dhe fergohet 20 minuta derisa masa e spinaqit te kete rene ne fund te tenxheres dhe te jete zbutur mire. Pasi te zbutet e te fergohet mire, spinaqi hidhet ne nje tepsi dhe masa rrafshohet neper tere tepsine, i hudhen vezet siper (vezet e pa rrahura) dhe futet ne furre per tu pjekur vezet si dhe per te leshuar leng spinaqi. Piqet ne temp te larte per 30-35 minuta.</p>
