<p><strong>Pastrimi</strong></p>
<p>Pas periudhes se ftohet qe lekuren tuaj e beri te thate dhe te ndjeshme, do te ishte mire qe nje kohe t’iu ikni metodave agresive dhe mjeteve per pastrim. Ikni mjeteve me baze alkooli qe mund te thaje vajrat mbrojtese natyrale ne lekure. Me mire perdorni qumesht apo ndonje shkume per pastrim.</p>
<p><strong>Piling</strong></p>
<p>Me piling do te hiqni qafe lekuren e vdekur qe u grumbullua gjate muajve te ftohet te dimrit. Piling eshte mire te perdorni deri ne 2 here ne jave. Keshtu qelizave te reja te lekures do t’iu jepni rastin te marrin fryme dhe te tregohen ne driten e duhur- te reja, te dhe shendetshme dhe te hidratizuara, gjithsesi zgjidhni ndonje piling te bute per te mos grithur shume fytyren dhe ta beni me te thate.</p>
<p><strong>Hidratimi</strong></p>
<p>Era, hapesirat e ngrohta dhe te ftohtit lekuren tuaj e kane bere te dehidruar, te thate dhe te ashper. Andaj lekures i nevojitet lageshtia e nevojshme. Vetem keshtu lekura juaj do te shkelqeje perseri.</p>
<p><strong>SPA tretmanet</strong></p>
<p>Shperblejeni lekuren tuaj me ndonje tretman te posaçem. Verifikoni ofertat ne sallonet e kozmetikes por nese jeni per pune shtepie edhe vete mund te krijoni ‘spa oazen’. Vendosni ndonje piling apo maske ne fytyre. Mund t’i pergatisni edhe vete; per hidratim te lekures perzieni te kuqet e vezes dhe vendoseni ne fytyre, lejeni 10 minuta te veproje dhe shperlajeni. Pas tretmanit lekura do t’iu zbutet. Ky eshte vetem nje prej shume tretmaneve qe mund t’i perdorni.</p>
<p><strong>Vitaminat</strong></p>
<p>Vitaminat B, C dhe E si dhe zinku dhe magnezi jane anti-oksidante te cilet do t’i japin lekures energji dhe fuqine e humbur gjate muajve te ftohet. Shtoni konsumimin e tyre per te zene ate qe keni humbur.</p>
<p><strong>Ushtrimet</strong></p>
<p>Ndoshta gjate dimrit e keni anashkaluar regjimin e ushtrimeve: tash eshte koha qe perseri te hidheni ne aksion. Perveç qe kendell trupin dhe forcon muskujt, ushtrimet stimulojne qarkullimin e gjakut gje qe do t’i jap lekures suaj shkelqim. Lodhja e shendetshme do t’iu mundesoje gjume me te mire e kjo do te mundesoje regjenerim me te mire te lekures.</p>
<p><strong>Prodhimet kozmetike</strong></p>
<p>Ështe koha per ndryshim te kozmetikes. Kremat qe i keni perdorur gjate muajve te dimrit nuk iu pergjigjen nevojes se lekures suaj ne ditet e ngrohta. Tash kremat duhet te jene me te buta, por hidratimi le te jete tutje detyra kryesore. Ndonese dielli ende nuk eshte i forte si gjate veres, eshte mire nese edhe tash kremi permban faktore mbrojtes.</p>
<p><strong>Uji</strong></p>
<p>Tretmani me i thjeshte, me i lire dhe me i efektshem per lekuren tuaj eshte pirja e ujit. Perpiquni qe gjate tere dites te pini mjaft uje per te parandaluar dehidrimin e lekures dhe te nxisni hidratimin e saj te brendshem.</p>

<p>Nga kubat e akullit (per t’u kaluar mbi fytyre) ne perzierjen e fondotintes (per ngjyren ideale): make-up artist-et e sfilatave dhe femrave me te njohura te ekranit rrefejne detajet e zanatit</p>
<p><strong>1. Primer-at</strong></p>
<p>Quhen keshtu produktet qe aplikohen para trukut. “Mund te jene xhelera te tejdukshem ose me ngjyre, qe e bejne te lemuar lekuren, mbushin gropezat, i japin shkelqim, rregullojne prodhimin e yndyres, sigurojne qendrimin e fondotintes”, shpjegon Rajan Tolomei, make-up artist per Max Factor. “Per ne qe punojme me grimin, jane nje domosdoshmeri e vertete”. Ne praktike, duhet te jene hapi i pare i rutines se grimimit tuaj.</p>
<p><strong>2. Arti i higjienes</strong></p>
<p>Para se gjithash&#8230; “Per te aplikuar fondotinten, ka nga ato qe perdorin sfungjer (ideal per fondotintat kompakte), disa gishtat ose furçe per te perhapur ato me te lengshmet. Ka secila mjetin e saj, por qe duhet te jete rreptesisht personal. Mikrobet ndodhen perhere ne duar, fije dhe fibra dhe te gatshme per te shkaktuar puçrra ose irritime”, tregon Donatella Ferrari, make-up artist per Helena Rubinstein. “Keshilloj ta lani furçen dhe sfungjerin te pakten dy here ne jave me sapun me PH neutral dhe uje te ngrohte”.</p>
<p><strong>3. Si te zgjedhesh sfungjerin dhe furçen</strong></p>
<p>Veglat e zanatit. “Per fondotinten preferoj sfungjerin: perdoret per nje kohe me te shkurter dhe prandaj eshte me higjienike. Me mire zgjidh nje me fije najloni, sepse thith me pak produkt dhe siguron nje aplikim te njetrajtshem”, thote Donatella Ferrari. “Per ke i pelqen me shume furça, do qe e pershtatshme nje e madhe, me fije te gjata dhe te sheshta”.</p>
<p><strong>4. Ligji i ngjyrave</strong></p>
<p>Bej korrektimin kromatik. “Dhe pse nuk eshte intuitive, eshte e nevojshme te dish qe e verdha mbulon te kuqen dhe e kuqja mbulon blune. Pra, per zonen rreth syve, qe priret drejt nuancave jeshile-blu, duhet perdorur nje korrektor ne tone te kuqe dhe, per te mbuluar njollat e skuqura, nje korrektor ne nuance te verdhe”, shpjegon Alessandro Bertolazzi, make-up artist i Monica Bellucci-t.</p>
<p><strong>5. Goditjet qe zhdukin rrathet e syve</strong></p>
<p>E rendesishme eshte “te godasesh”. “Zhdukini rrathet e syve me pak korrektor ne zonen rreth tyre, me pas perhapni nje shtrese te holle fondotinte, duke rrahur lehte me molleza, thote Bertolazzi. “Pastaj shumojeni drejt pjeses se siperme”.</p>
<p><strong>6. Shiko mire etiketen</strong></p>
<p>&#8230;dhe jo vetem ngjyren. “Kush ka lekure te thate, duhet te kontrolloje qe fondotinta te jete hidratuese”, thote Gina Brooke, make-up artist e Madonna-s dhe drejtore artistike per Shu Uemura. “Kush ka lekure te yndyrshme, duhet te perdore nje oil free ose puder. Per lekurat mikse, fjala kyç eshte “ekuilibrim”: thuaju “po” produkteve qe ekuilibrojne perberjen e zonave te ndryshme te fytyres”.</p>
<p><strong>7. Kura “pre”</strong></p>
<p>Pergatisni lekuren. “Ështe thuajse e panevojshme te thuhet: baza do jete e perkryer vetem nese fytyra eshte pastruar me skrab dhe eshte hidratuar”, thote Gina Brooke.</p>
<p><strong>8. Pertacia eshte e ndaluar</strong></p>
<p>Asnjehere nuk duhet te jesh shume e zene per te qene e bukur. “Rregulli i arte per nje baze perfekte eshte ta realizosh sipas menyres qe kerkon. Çdo faze, nga perhapja e fondotintes, te tamponimi me korrektor e deri te pudra perfundimtare, zbatohet me kujdes”, tregon Bertolazzi. “Pjesa perfundimtare eshte shume e rendesishme: pudra dhe/ose pluhuri i orizit me ngjyre neutrale, jane truku qe te arrihet nje lekure qe shkelqen”.</p>
<p><strong>9. Rinovimi per oret jashte orarit</strong></p>
<p>Kurre mos e hiq trukun. “Per t’u pergatitur per mbremje, keshilloj te punohet mbi bazen qe eshte”,  shpjegon Rajan Tolomei. “Ndonjehere mjafton te shtohet nje pike fondotinte, ose te sprucosh pak avuj uji per te hequr tepricat e pudres. Ne kete menyre baza rikthehet persosmerisht kompakte”.</p>
<p><strong>10. Sekreti anti-papersosmeri</strong></p>
<p>Te korrigjosh me ngjyra me te erreta. “Per te fshehur njolla, puçrra apo probleme te fytyres, perdor gjithmone nje korrektor me te erret se lekura jote”, shpjegon make-up artist-i i Monica Belucci-t. “Pastaj, mbi kete baze, kalo nje te se njejtes nuance me lekuren ose gjithsesi me te hapur. Me beso: njetrajtshmeria eshte e sigurt”.</p>
<p><strong>11. Po qafa?</strong></p>
<p>Per mos te prishur bazen. “Ështe vetem nje gabim qe grate nuk duhet ta bejne kurre dhe eshte me i rendi: te mos trukosh qafen”. Keshtu deklaron Gina Brooke, make-up artist-ja e Madonna-s.</p>
<p><strong>12. Ngjyra e duhur</strong></p>
<p>Perziej. “Receta ime personale eshte te perziesh edhe dy ose tre fondotinta te ndryshme per te pasur nuancen qe kerkon”, thote Gina Brooke. “Po ta gjeni ngjyren e pershtatshme, mund ta perdorni gjithmone pastaj”.</p>
<p><strong>13. Veprimi S.O.S.</strong></p>
<p>&#8230;dhe i bere vete. “Ne mungese te nje korrektori portokalli, ideal per te fshehur rrathet e syve dhe puçrrat, zgjidhja eshte te perzihet me nje furçe pak korrektor neutral me nje buzekuq ngjyre mandarine”, tregon Donatella Ferrari, make-up artist per Helena Rubinstein.</p>
<p><strong>14. Nese qan&#8230;</strong></p>
<p>Efekt rikuperues. “Sekreti eshte te lyesh nje tampon pambuku me pak krem hidratues, ta kalosh ku loti ka bere demet e tij dhe te vesh siper fondotinte dhe puder per ta fiksuar”, shpjegon Donatella Ferrari.</p>
<p><strong>15. Pas festes</strong></p>
<p>Keshtu fshin gjurmet e nje mbremjeje te lodhshme. “Sekreti qendron te nje kub akulli qe duhet kaluar mbi fytyre, pas aplikimit te kremit hidratues”, keshillon Tolomei. “Lekura rifiton nje freski te menjehershme dhe zona me delikate rreth syve rimerr, fale te ftohtit, force dhe elasticitet. Kujdes: kurre mos vepro ne kete menyre pas nje dushi te nxehte. Lekundjet e temperatures duhen shmangur.</p>
<p><strong>16. Ndryshim!</strong></p>
<p>Fondotinta eshte si nje veshje: nderrohet çdo stine. “Per te pasur gjate gjithe vitit fytyre te perkryer, fondotinta duhet nderruar si nje veshje”, thote Rajan Tolomei, make-up artist per Max Factor. “Pra, mos u fikso te nje produkt i vetem, po zgjidh perberje me te plota ne dimer dhe me produkte me te lengshme, te pershtatshme per lekure te yndyrshme ne vere. Te besh te kunderten do ishte si te vishje te leshta ne det dhe te pambukta ne mal”.</p>
<p><strong>17. Pudra e mamit</strong></p>
<p>Pluhuri i holle ose kompakt nuk eshte me deshire. “Per te fiksuar dhe njetrajtesuar bazen, nuk mund t’ia dilet pa te! Pudra eshte hapi i detyrueshem per te gjitha grate qe deshirojne nje lekure pa njolla dhe nje make-up qe zgjat”, shpjegon Tolomei. “Ky pluhur, me ngjyre ose transparent sipas deshires, kur aplikohet fillimisht ne fytyre, duket se nuk shkakton asnje permiresim: po mjafton te presesh vetem 15 minuta dhe ja ku vjen mrekullia. Duke u ngrohur nga kontakti me epidermen, perzihet me fondotinten e jep si rezultat nje efekt natyral, si lekura jote”.</p>

<p>Kush ndihet e bukur, duket e bukur. E vertete, por nuk mund te mjaftohesh vetem me kaq. Te pakten nje here ne muaj ler gjithçka menjane dhe dedikoju vetes tende. Merru me çdo pjese te trupit. Qe nga maja e thoit e deri te floket, pa lene pas dore asnje detaj. Perkedhelu dhe mos harro: per t’u ndier ne forme, mjafton te gjesh harmonine e brendshme, ndaj fillo te pergatitesh qe nje nate me pare. Ja keshillat tona</p>
<p><strong>Nje nate me pare</strong></p>
<p>Para se gjithash, krijo rreth vetes nje atmosfere relaksuese: zgjidh nje muzike te qete qe te mundeson te lesh pas shpatullave çdo mendim negativ ose stresues. Pergatit nje darke te mire e te lehte me baze peshku, per shembull: ton, perime te fresketa te gatuara ne avull dhe fruta te fresketa. Konsumoje brenda 20 minutash, ne menyre qe te thjeshtosh procesin e tretjes dhe te mos e rendosh organizmin. Shtrihu heret ne shtrat dhe fli te pakten 7 ore gjume. Dhe para se te flesh, mos harro banjen e ngrohte!</p>
<p><strong>Relaks ne vaske</strong></p>
<p>Nje banje e mire duhet te zgjase maksimumi 15 minuta, ne menyre qe sistemi i qarkullimit te gjakut te mos lodhet dhe lekura te mos thahet shume. Temperatura ideale e ujit duhet te jete 35 deri 38 grade. Per ta bere banjen edhe me te rafinuar, mund te hedhesh ne uje ca pika vaji esencial, per shembull vaj shporizi, qe ndihmon per qetesimin e ankthit, pagjumesise dhe tensionit nervor. Thuaji vetes “naten e mire” duke gjerbur nje çaj qetesues pasi ta kesh embelsuar me pare me mjalte.</p>
<p><strong>Ne zgjim</strong></p>
<p>Shtriqu. Ndiq levizje te thjeshta, qe riaktivizojne qarkullimin. Rrotullo duart, kembet zgjat krahun dhe kemben e majte, pastaj krahun dhe kemben e djathte. Sapo te jesh ngritur ne kembe, buzeqesh, pi nje leng te shtrydhur frutash te fresketa dhe pergatitu per nje dush te mire. Rregullo temperaturen e ujit qe te jete i ngrohte: sherben per te hapur mire poret e lekures dhe pergatitu per trajtimet e mepasme.</p>
<p><strong>Skrab, skrab, skrab</strong></p>
<p>Me lekuren ende te lagur, pergatitu per nje nga gjestet me te rendesishem te dites tende te bukurise: te çlirosh lekuren nga qelizat e vdekura dhe pastertite. Kalo mbi lekure nje eksfoliant te mire, qe permban mikrogranula. Shperndaje mbi siperfaqen e epidermes ne menyre qe te stimulosh mikroqarkullimin e nenlekures dhe te favorizosh oksigjenimin e shtresave. Perqendrohu me shume te berrylat dhe gjunjet, ji delikate ne zonen e gjoksit dhe kraharorit dhe mos harro shpinen. Lekura dhe qafa duan te njejtin trajtim, por me nje produkt specifik.</p>
<p><strong>E kane radhen floket</strong></p>
<p>Laji floket me nje shampo delikate, qe me pare e ke holluar ne uje. Masazho lekuren per rreth nje minute dhe pastaj shpelaje mire koken, pasi te sigurohesh se e ke eliminuar te gjithe shkumen. Uji nuk duhet te jete shume i nxehte, sepse ndryshe floku dobesohet. Krihu me nje kreher te drunjte dhe pastaj apliko nje maske rigjeneruese per rreth gjysme ore. Zgjidh nje maske te pershtatshme per flokun tend dhe mos harro se, edhe nese nuk ke probleme specifike, do te te sherbeje per t’i mbajtur floket te shendetshem e te forte. Ne fund, nese ben vape, leri floket te thahen ne menyre natyrale.</p>
<p><strong>Dopio-maske per fytyren</strong></p>
<p>Lekura e fytyres, duke qene e ekspozuar ndaj agjenteve te jashtem, plaket me shpejt. Perfundo duke lare dhembet, duke u kujtuar qe furça duhet kaluar nga lart poshte, pa harruar nje perdorim te mire te fillit dentar.</p>

Ndiq levizje te vogla rrotulluese me duar ne menyre qe te riaktivizosh qarkullimin dhe te favorizosh oksigjenimin e shtresave te lekures, duke pasur parasysh se levizjet duhen bere gjithmone nga poshte, lart. Ne kete pike je gati: mbylle diten tende te bukurise me pak nga parfumi yt i preferuar dhe sheno ne axhende daten per muajin tjeter.</p>

<p><strong>Pergjigja eshte: anit-oksiduesit</strong></p>
<p>Anti-oksiduesit jane agjente qe e mbrojne lekuren nga demtimi qe mund te shkaktohet nga reaksionet kimike mbi fytyre. Ka disa faktore te ndryshem si irritimi, tharja nga te ftohtit, dielli i forte dhe smogu qe krijone radikale te lira. Keto radikale mund te japin kontribut ne procesin e shkaterrimit te qelizave te reja dhe te shendetshme te lekures.</p>
<p>Anti-oksiduesit si per shembull vitamina C dhe E i luftojne keto radikale te lira dhe prandaj kompanite e medha te produkteve kozmetike po mundohen dita dites qe te gjejne menyrat me efektive per te shperndare anti-okdiduesit mbi lekure. Deri 5 vite me pare dermatologjistet nuk besonin se lekura mund t’i thithte vitaminat nese ato aplikoheshin ne siperfaqe. Por sot shume prej ketyre kompanive po eksperimentojne per te bere te mundur qe vitaminat te japin efekt ne zonat ne te cilat aplikohen. Shkencetaret thone se konsumimi i vitaminave C dhe E ne sasite e duhura ndihmon shume ne parandalimin e plakjes se qelizave te lekures.</p>
<p>Nje pergjigje tjeter e pyetjes se mesiperme jane Acide Alfat Hidroksike. Keto acide vijne nga ushqime natyrale si qumeshti, portokalli, limoni, sheqeri etj. Disa nga keto acide mund edhe te prodhohen kimikisht. Dermatologjistet jane te sigurte se keto acide zbusin lekuren dhe ndihmojne ne procesin e largimit te qelizave te vdekura duke sjelle ne pah qelizat e reja dhe te shendetshme. Por duhet te kini kujdes, sepse perdorimi i kremerave qe permbajne keto acide e ben lekuren shume te ndejshme ndaj rrezeve diellore prandaj duhet perdorur patjeter krem plazhi kudra djegjes se lekures. Kohet e fundit po prodhohen dhe tone qe permbajne krem qe te mbron nga dielli me numer 15 apo 16 dhe kjo perben nje zgjidhje fantastike. Shoqeria duhet te sensibilizohet ndaj perdorimit te kremit te plazhit vecanerisht ne fytyre por edhe ne krahe, jo vetem per te ndaluar procesin e plakjes se lekures por edhe per t’u ruajtur nga kanceri i lekures.</p>
<p>Ne permbledhje, per t’u kujdesur per lekuren e fytyres duhet te konsumoni vitamine C dhe E cdo dite, ose fruta qe i kane keto vitamina; si dhe te keni kujdes kur te zgjidhni kremerat qe reklamohen neper dyqane. Shihni per kremera qe kane bllokojne rrezet e demshme te diellit, vitamin C dhe E si dhe acidet Alfa-Hidroksike.</p>

<p>Çdo dite kur zgjohesh, por edhe para se te flesh, pastron lekuren tende me late dhe tonik dhe e &#8220;ujit&#8221; me nje produkt me veprim te lehte hidratues.</p>
<p>Me pas e ushqen me nje krem antirudhe. Edhe pse ndjek ne menyre skrupoloze abc-ne e bukurise, perseri fytyra jote nuk ka nje pamje shume te kenaqshme. Gjithashtu irritohet dhe skuqet me lehtesi.</p>
<p>Shpjegimi eshte i thjeshte: lekura me kalimin e kohes tenton te fishket, pasi eshte normal procesi kronologjik i plakjes. Por kesaj i shtohen edhe nje sere faktoresh me veprim agresiv mbi lekuren tone&#8230;</p>
<p><strong>Efektet e te ftohtit</strong><br />
Dimri eshte shume i pershtatshem per te fjetur. Edhe lekura jote mendon keshtu. Ne temperaturat e uleta metabolizmi i qelizave ngadalesohet dhe lekura rinovohet me me veshtiresi. Jo vetem kaq, i ftohti tenton te dobesoje filmin hidrolipidik (barriera e mbrojtjes natyrale) dhe vepron ne shtrengimin e kapilareve.</p>
<p>Ne kete menyre ne fytyre do te qarkulloje me pak gjak (pra me pak ushqim) per qelizat. Pasojat kryesore jane moshidratimi, skuqja dhe kapilaret e kuq qe fillojne te evidentohen. I ftohti behet nje armik kritik sidomos mbas te 40-ve.</p>
<p>Ngadalesimi i metabolizmit implikon edhe nje kapacitet me te vogel per te neutralizuar radikalet e lira, pergjegjeset kryesore te plakjes. Enzimat, substancat kimike qe duhet te na mbrojne, nen efektin e te ftohtit punojne me nje efikasitet me te vogel.</p>
<p>Mbroji syte dhe buzet me nje krem specifik dhe perdor nje here ne jave nje maske hidratante (me efikase jane ato me baze ekstrakte vegjetale te cilat kane edhe nje veprim antiskuqje).</p>
<p>Ver ne tavoline omega 3 (sardelet dhe salmonin), yndyrat qe fuqizojne mbrojtjen e lekures, vitaminen C (kivi, agrume, speca): veprimi i tyre antioksidues forcon kapilaret.</p>
<p><strong>Plakja</strong></p>
<p>Ke nje lekure me te re ne krahasim me bashkemoshataret e tua. Falendero mamin dhe babin: te kane dhuruar gjene qe ta mbajne kompakte me gjate se zakonisht.</p>
<p>Plakja kronologjike ne krahasim me ate te shkaktuar nga rrezet e diellit, eshte e lidhur me faktoret biologjik gjenetik te ADN-se tone te cilat japin instruksione per te ndertuar organizmin tone.</p>
<p>Per te kontrastuar shenjat e kohes qe kalon, eshte mire qe t&#8217;i sigurojme epidermes nje hidratim deri ne 30-35 vjeç. Pastaj shtohet edhe ushqyerja per te stimuluar formimin e kolagjenit dhe te elastines.</p>

Cigarja e rendon pamjen e lekures tende, aq sa specialistet thone &#8220;fytyre tym&#8221; per te treguar ate bashkesi rrudhash rreth syve, buzeve dhe gojes qe krijohen mbas dhjete vjet pirje e rregullt cigaresh.</p>
<p>Cigarja ben keq, sepse nikotina krijon nje lloj tape qe pengon oksigjenin qe te hyje ne inde. Dhe pa oksigjen qelizat mbeten te uritura dhe nuk arrijne qe te jene te shendetshme.</p>
<p>Ne kete menyre lekura humbet shkelqimin, epiderma thahet dhe irritohet plotesisht. Perveç kesaj nikotina prish mikroqarkullimin duke penguar prodhimin e kolagenit dhe te fibrave elastike. Keshtu lekura humbet elasticitetin dhe plaket me shpejt.</p>
<p>Nese je vajze e re dhe le cigaren, demet e saj mund te riparohen dhe ne menyre mjaft efikase. Ndersa per nje 40-vjeçare qe ka 10 vjet qe e pi cigaren, demet jane me te veshtira per tu eliminuar…Dhe nganjehere te pakthyeshme.</p>
<p>Kerko t&#8217;u thuash lamtumire cigareve dhe nderkohe shto konsumin e vitamines A. Gjendet sidomos ne veze, ne domate, ne spinaq dhe eshte vitamina e preferuar si nje element toksik ndaj duhanit. Kremi i duhur eshte ai antirrudhe.</p>

<p>Sistemi imunitar i te rriturve eshte me delikat dhe gati qe te shpertheje ne reagime alergjike ne prezence te substancave irrituese. Pastroje gjithmone lekuren me kujdes me detergjent delikate.</p>
<p>Nese e ke te irrituar ose sensibel, evito ato qe permbajne sodiolaurilsolfato (substance kimike qe rrit irritimin) si dhe produktet qe bejne shume shkume. Ato kane nje efekt te madh ne heqjen e yndyres deri ne thellesi dhe e lene lekuren me te ekspozuar nga pluhurat alergjizues.</p>

There are three important factors in creating odors in your body.<br />
1.The patterns and type of secretory glands on the skin surface.<br />
2.The positioning of the skin itself-the armpits, for example, make it very difficult for sweat to evaporate and so produce a characteristic odor.<br />
3.The concentration of bacteria: The skin&#8217;s surface provides nutrients for the growth of bacteria. The number of bacteria are variable in different parts of the body being maximum in parts like the scalp, maxilla, genital areas and the feet.</p>
<p>There are 3 types of secretory glands on the skin. The Sweat Glands which are the most widely distributed and have a slightly acrid smell, but the odor intensifies when sweat is trapped and cannot evaporate. The second type of glands are the Apocrypha Glands which are rich in fats, proteins, and many other organic materials-so it is a rich food for bacteria. The bacteria decompose the sweat to produce the characteristic body odor. The third type of glands are the Sebaceous Glands which secrete an oily lubricant called sebum which contains cholesterol, fatty acids, waxes and proteins and therefore easily attracts bacteria which produces odor. Apart from these secretions, the dead skin itself also forms nutritive food for the bacteria. The bacteria are very pivotal for the production of body odor.</p>
<p><strong>Reducing Body Odor</strong></p>
<p>You cannot do much about the bacteria on your skin; any amount of scrubbing or washing would be able to get rid of only fraction of the bacteria and that too for a short while. Neither can you stop yourself from sweating altogether. But there are still several other things that you can do to reduce the amount of sweat you produce:<br />
1.Avoid synthetic wear because cotton is definitely cooler than synthetic.<br />
2.Also avoid tight fitting clothes, they make the problem of sweating worse.<br />
3.Avoid hot drinks and hot crowded places.<br />
4.Regularly cleanse your body with medicated cleansers if possible.<br />
5.The other way to counter body odor is to use products designed to minimize body odors. There are three types of such products available; antiperspirants, deodorants and perfumes. These are available in a variety of forms; lotions, creams, squeeze bottle sprays, roll-on, pads, aerosol sprays, powders, soap-bars and sticks. Sprays and roll-on are the most popular formulations.<br />
Antiperspirants contain aluminum salts which reduce the release of sweat by closing the sweat ducts. These are especially useful for people who sweat profusely on the feet.<br />
Deodorants contain an antiseptic to combat bacteria. They do reduce odor but do not cut down the sweating. Therefore, if you have a tendency to sweat a lot, after a few hours the deodorant will be washed away. Most deodorants, in addition, contain perfumes to disguise whatever odors are produced.</p>

It is a skin condition that occurs when the oil-secreting glands in the skin are clogged and become inflamed or infected. Acne is so common that it can almost be considered a normal part of growing up. While it affects the majority of teenagers, it can also appear later in life. Both boys and girls get acne but boys face the brunt because they have more skin oils. 85% of adolescents develop acne. Among adults, 12% of women and 3% of men have acne.</p>
<p><strong>How Does It Occur?</strong><br />
In order to understand how acne comes about, it is important to get an idea of how our skin functions. The skin contains numerous glands, called sebaceous glands, which secrete an oil, called sebum, that lubricates the skin and keeps it soft and pliable. The protective outer layer of the skin is made up of dead cells which are constantly shed and are replaced by new ones. Those with sensitive skin should always use beauty aids that are hypoallergenic to protect their skin from allergic reactions. A regular skin care programmer, adapted to the needs of your particular skin type, goes a long way in keeping your skin radiant and problem free.</p>
<p><strong>- Dry Skin: </strong></p>
<p>Dry skin needs extra care, as it is prone to fine lines and wrinkles. This is especially true during the winter months when it feels even drier and may feel too taut or may even flake. A few measures help alleviate dryness and keep your skin supple and, at the same time, guard against premature aging.<br />
1.Always wash your face with a mild, soap-free face wash. Never use soap, as that would further strip your skin of natural oil.<br />
2.Always use a moisturizer during the day. Use upward, circular motion to lightly massage the moisturizer into your face. Make sure not to pull or tug your skin.<br />
3.You should consider using a night cream before going to bed at night. It is advisable to use a cream that contains Alpha Hydroxide Acids (or AHA&#8217;s, as they&#8217;re commonly known). AHA&#8217;s are derived from sources such as milk, fruit and sugar-cane. These acids gently exfoliate the dry, dead, outermost layers of skin while they moisturize the newly revealed layers. They greatly benefit complexions that look dull, dry or flaky and they give your skin a beautiful glow.<br />
4.Both AHA and Vitamin C help reduce fine lines and other signs of aging. Thus, you may get good results quickly by using a moisturizer or cream that contains Vitamin C during the day and an AHA-based night cream. Most known brands have moisturizers and creams that contain these.<br />
5.If you have dry skin that tends to flake off, looks red and has some itchy patches that scab, consult your doctor to rule out eczema. Eczema, also known as a topic dermatitis, is generally considered to be a hereditary condition that can occur throughout the year. <p>Normal skin is usually trouble-free and needs simple care to keep it healthy and glowing. Normal skin also tolerates most popular lotions and creams as well. A regular skin-care program combined with a balanced, healthy diet helps keep normal skin stay supple and young. Regular care for normal skin should include a few simple steps.<br />
1.Cleansing, toning, and moisturizing daily keeps normal skin in great shape for a long time. It is advisable to use natural products on your skin.<br />
2.It&#8217;s easy to take trouble-free skin for granted. But, if neglected, it will begin to develop fine lines and wrinkles. So always remember to nourish and moisturize your skin.<br />
3.Creams and lotions that contain vitamin A, C and E help improve the texture of your skin, making it smoother and softer. Moreover, these vitamins counter the effects of free radicals.<br />

<p>Skin that is oily in some parts but dry or normal in others is considered as combination skin. The oily skin is concentrated on the T-zone, which is across the forehead, down the nose and chin. Whenever you wash your face, you may find that some areas of your face feel tight after washing; and that these parts look dull or feel dry and rough whereas the T-zone looks shiny, feels oily to touch and is prone to pimples and blackheads. Combination skin needs special attention because the dry parts of your face need to be considered, whereas the oily parts need to be kept clean to avoid breakouts. Follow these simple tips each day and see what a difference they make to your skin.<br />
1.Cleanse your entire face twice a day. Always use a mild cleanser to gently remove dirt, grime and make-up from your face.<br />
2.The dry areas of your face need to be moisturized to prevent the formation of premature wrinkles. Use a good moisturizer on the dry parts of your face, and if possible, use an oil-free moisturizer on your T-zone.<br />
